Mashed Potatoes


1 - 12 OZ Russet Potato (Peeled & 2" cubed cut)
1 Tbsp Butter
4 OZ Half & Half or Milk
1 Tsp Enhance
Multiply all Ingredients to increase size

Step 1: Bring large pot of salted water (salt till taste) to boil, add prepped potatoes
Step 2: At 30 to 45 minutes check tenderness of potato with fork until fork tender
Step 3: Drain pot, set back on low heat to evaporate the extra water
Step 4: Add milk, butter and Enhance, with hand masher mash potatoes to desired smoothness. Adding more milk will help smooth the mash
Step 5: Check for flavor and add more enhance for more flavor
Step 6: Enjoy!
