Black Bean Dip


1 - 15oz can Black beans, drained rinsed, let dry
1/2 Clove garlic (roasted garlic is an option)
2 Tbsp Olive oil (Extra Virgin is a good option)
2 Tbsp Tahini, a must have
1/2 Tsp ground cumin (toasted is more complex flavor)
1 Tsp Enhance Seasoning
2 Tsp Bean liquid
Multiply all Ingredients to increase batch size

Step 1: In food processor add drained and dry black beans, clove garlic, olive oil, tahini, cumin, liquid and Enhance Seasoning
Step 2: Puree until smooth, pulse and scrape down sides for best smoothness.
Step 3: Remove black bean dip to bowl or plate
Step 4: Garnish with Chili powder, pickled jalapenos, cilantro. Many options to explore with black bean hummus
Step 5: Check for flavor and add more enhance for more flavor
