Hummus Verde


1 - 15oz can Garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 Large clove garlic (roasted garlic is an option)
2 Tbsp Olive oil (Extra Virgin is a good option)
1/2 Bunch chives, thinly cut
1/4 Bunch of chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp Tahini, a must have
1/2 Tsp ground cumin (toasted is more complex flavor)
1.5 Tsp Enhance Seasoning
1 Tbsp Liquid
Multiply all Ingredients to increase batch size

Step 1: In food processor add drained garbonzo beans, clove garlic, olive oil, cut chives, tahini, cumin and Enhance Seasoning
Step 2: Puree until smooth, pulse and scrape down sides for best smoothness. Add more liquid if you want thin hummus
Step 3: Remove hummus verde to bowl or plate
Step 4: Garnish with smoked paprika, and toasted pinenuts. Many options to explore with hummus
Step 5: Check for flavor and add more enhance for more flavor
