Roasted Fingerling Potatoes


1 Bag Fingerling Potatoes (Wash and clean) 24oz
1 Tbl Olive oil (Extra Virgin is ok)
1 Tbsp Enhance
Multiply all Ingredients to increase size

Step 1: Put the raw fingerlings into a mixing bowl, and pour in the olive oil. Toss well to coat.
Step 2: Add Enhance Seasoning and toss well again.
Step 3: Arrange the fingerlings on a baking sheet, and bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes. Until fork tender
Step 4: Serve, and enjoy! OR
Step 5: Option slit long ways press corners until top opens.
Step 6: Fill fingerling potatoes w/ sour cream or greek yogurt. Top w/ cheese, fresh chives, parsley, favorite herbs, sriracha,  bacon, options are endless.
