Mashed Sweet Yams

EASY and Hardy 

1 Yam (Peeled & 2" cubed cut)
1 Tbsp Butter
4 OZ Half & Half or Milk
1 Tsp Enhance
Multiply all Ingredients to increase size

Step 1: Bring large pot of salted water (salt till taste) to boil, add prepped Yam
Step 2: At 30 to 45 minutes check tenderness of yam with fork until fork tender
Step 3: Drain pot, set back on low heat to evaporate the extra water
Step 4: In food processor add milk, butter and Enhance, puree hot yams to desired smoothness.
Step 5: Check for flavor and add more enhance for more flavor
Step 6: Enjoy!
