Roasted Kale Chips


1 Bunch Kale, washed and spin dry
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Enhance Seasoning
Multiply all Ingredients to increase batch size

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper
Step 2: With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into chip size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner
Step 3: In large bowl add Kale, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Enhance
Step 4: Bake until the edges brown but not burnt, 10 - 15 minutes
Step 5: Cooling brings out the crispness, sprinkle more enhance if needed
Step 6: Enjoy!
